Sinewave Electrical's Managing Director and branch Managers have collectively accumulated more than 50 years of expertise in the management of large-scale electrical contracting projects in the Pilbara.
The company's managing staff are involved in a hands-on manner, with full accountability for the successful execution of all projects. Sinewave maintains a low ratio of tradesman to managers on all projects, which is an important contributing factor towards achieving:

In 2007, Sinewave will relocate its headquarters to Perth to enable it to provide even more responsive service to its clients.

As a matter of policy, Sinewave has established an "open book" tendering and quoting policy. This offers clients and prospective clients the highest possible degree of pricing transparency. All rates are negotiable, subject to the duration and difficulty of the tasks.

24-hour maintenance service
Each of Sinewave's offices offers a 24 hour call-out service for attending to emergency repairs. Each of the company's service vehicles is well stocked with a wide range of repair equipment and the most commonly required spare parts. This ensures the best possible chance of the attending tradesman being able to repair any faults on site without needing to send for additional tools or spares.
Sinewave also has close working relationships with leading electrical component wholesalers in both Perth and Karratha to ensure that even in the worst case, parts are no more than half a day away.
